Lead the delivery of all Middle Market strategic program initiatives to ensure key deliverables are met and within scope. This includes planning, prioritization, communication, and delivery of all Middle Market programs.
- Collaborate with the businesses and functional areas to acquire subject matter experts necessary to gain support of program initiatives, raise issues that impact the effectiveness of delivery, and develop implementation plans to ensure success of all programs.
- Determine and implement the delivery approach for business specific field organizations and locations relative to readiness, business cycle, training, rollout sequence, communication, and other business situations.
- Collaborate with businesses and functions outside Middle Market to gain a broad perspective and understanding of capabilities and leverage where appropriate.
- Develop management processes across all programs to ensure consistency in delivery.
- Identify, facilitate, and escalate key issues that put the program objectives, timelines, or costs at risk to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and communicate overall Middle Market programs relative to staffing, budget, milestones, issue resolution, and business engagement.
- Develop and deliver a communication strategy to ensure effective implementation of all program initiatives.
